shop.lasercorp.com reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Posting of revised Terms and Conditions or amended policies shall constitute actual notice to customers.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your emailed receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Item availability and prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. shop.lasercorp.com reserves the right to limit quantities and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason.

shop.lasercorp.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders placed will be thoroughly researched before shipping, in accordance with the policies set by shop.lasercorp.com´s Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department. shop.lasercorp.com may require additional information and/or verification before accepting and processing any order.


While shop.lasercorp.com makes every attempt to maintain accurate stock information, shop.lasercorp.com is not responsible for the accuracy of inventory. In the event of a discrepancy regarding the availability of a product, shop.lasercorp.com has the right to fully refund a customer for the full purchase price, in lieu of the timely delivery of merchandise.


Prices shown on shop.lasercorp.com do not include taxes or shipping and handling fees unless otherwise noted.

shop.lasercorp.com makes every effort to bring the lowest prices possible to our clients however, due to conditions beyond our control, prices are subject to increase even after your order has been placed. If a price increase should occur during the processing of your order you will be notified and have the right to cancel your order at no charge.

Typographical / Pricing Errors

Our goal is to provide current and accurate information on our website however errors, misprints, and omissions sometimes occur. These include but are not limited to incorrect or incomplete prices, descriptions, specifications, photographs or illustrations. shop.lasercorp.com makes no warranty that the content of the website is accurate or complete.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, shop.lasercorp.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price without prior notification. shop.lasercorp.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, shop.lasercorp.com shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

shop.lasercorp.com is not obligated to complete any sale of products, services, or insurance based on errors, misprints, or omissions on our website.

shop.lasercorp.com may at any time, with no prior notice or liability to any website users (a) correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission; (b) change the products and services available on the website, or the prices, feeds, descriptions, and specifications of such products; (c) limit quantities, promotional or otherwise available for sale.

Promotions are available only while supplies last. Products on promotion must ship during the promotion period. shop.lasercorp.com will not extend or honour any promotions that do not ship within the promotion period for any reason.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled only if that item is back ordered and not available to ship. Any order submitted through this website if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be cancelled.

shop.lasercorp.com reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, that does not conform to advertised specifications, or was shipped in error.


shop.lasercorp.com will accept orders for out-of-stock items. If the item you order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. On orders with back ordered items, the total shipping charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may be cancelled at ANY time prior to shipping.

Order Status

shop.lasercorp.com will keep you informed of your order status via email. All tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging into your account on our website.

Secured Transaction

Your online transactions are fully encrypted and secured with 128-bit encryption technology when you place orders at shop.lasercorp.com.

Credit Cards

shop.lasercorp.com accepts Visa and MasterCard only! We are unable to process international credit cards or Visa Debit cards.

There is a surcharge for using your Visa or MasterCard to make a purchase. We also offer payment without surcharge by using Secure Interac Online. Our goal is to provide the lowest cost as possible and payment fees differ by payment choice.

Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number as recorded with your credit card issuing bank. We may ship to an alternate address only if the address is on file with your credit card issuing bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your credit card will be charged as each item is shipped.

Shipping Policy

When products are shipped to you by the carrier, shop.lasercorp.com liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. You may wish to purchase insurance for loss or breakage during carriage for the full insurable value of the products you have ordered by making the appropriate requests when placing your order with shop.lasercorp.com.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping charges are calculated starting at $10.00 for standard ground freight. Shipments over and above the standard weight/dimensions or in remote areas are subject to additional pricing. If additional shipping charges should apply, a representative may contact you to outline those charges or you will receive an email with the changes to verify the order with new fees before processing your payment. The customer and/or shop.lasercorp.com have the right to cancel the order if not in agreement with additional shipping charges.

An additional charge of $50.00 will be charged to your credit card for any shipment that is refused or undeliverable due to no fault of shop.lasercorp.com or the courier. shop.lasercorp.com reserves the right to review shipping.

Most in-stock orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) before 1 pm EDT ship the same day, but there is no guarantee that you will receive your order the next day. Your order will only ship after verification and payment have been made. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Damaged Products

All packages shipped from shop.lasercorp.com.com are inspected prior to shipment. However, from time to time, damage during shipping may occur. Packages that are obviously damaged should be refused upon original delivery attempt. If the package is accepted, then any damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record prior to the driver leaving your premises. Any hidden or internal damage to any product must be reported to our Customer Service Department via email to cs@lasercorp .com within the first 5 days of receipt to arrange for a carrier inspection and return of the damaged product(s). Please save the product, the shipping carton and all manufacturer packaging. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for shop.lasercorp.com to file a damage claim. Failure to notify shop.lasercorp.com of damage within this time period will be deemed an acceptance of the product, and standard return policies will apply.

Refused Orders

All refused orders (for reasons other than shipping damage) will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and varies depending on the manufacturer. Shipping charges are not refundable if the shipment is refused at the time of delivery. In addition, refused orders will be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products to shop.lasercorp.com.

Service & Support

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions. shop.lasercorp.com makes no guarantees of product reliability or compatibility. All compatibility-related questions MUST be directed towards the product manufacturer.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Customer understands that shop.lasercorp.com is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by the Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer. In purchasing products, the customer is relying on the manufacturer's specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by shop.lasercorp.com.

We warrant that we have good title to the hardware products we sell and that we have the proper authority to license the software products we distribute.

All returns and replacements must be handled directly through the manufacturer any time after the first 7 days of the invoice. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice. Please contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty information.

Return Policy

There are NO returns for opened non-defective products. This follows all manufacturer policies and therefore no exceptions can be made.

For a product that is determined to be defective within 7 days from date of purchase, return instructions and a replacement product will be issued by shop.lasercorp.com. After 7 days from the purchase date, all product is covered by the manufacturer´s warranty policy. All products are eligible for original manufacturer's warranties. Please contact the manufacturer directly.

Before returning any item it is necessary to contact our Customer Service Department for return instructions via email to cs@lasercorp.com. Returns MUST include all original parts and packing materials and a shop.lasercorp.com RMA number, or the return will be rejected. No returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. We accept no responsibility for products returned without an RMA number. Merchandise returned to us without a valid RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges; therefore, all returns must be shipped prepaid. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to shop.lasercorp.com. shop.lasercorp.com recommends that you send your return via a trackable service with appropriate insurance.

Defective software

Please note that defective software may be returned for replacement only. Defective software cannot be returned for credit.

Defective hardware

Within the 7 days from the date of purchase, any defective hardware will have an RMA issued following policies and guidelines that are in place directly from each manufacturer. Return instructions will be provided. It is the responsibility of the client to follow and return the products in a timely manner to the warehouse location that is provided.

Defective toner cartridges

All defective toner cartridges are subject to the manufacturer's warranty period. Customers must furnish shop.lasercorp.com with a printout sample clearly indicating the defect and the usage page and or status supply page if available based upon printer model. shop.lasercorp.com reserves the right to issue a prorate warranty based upon the use of the toner cartridge. As an example, should 50% of the toner cartridge remain, the customer will be issued a 50% credit on the purchase of a replacement toner cartridge.  

In some instances, the manufacturer may request that the return/replacement/ repair is to be taken care of with them directly, at which time we will provide that instruction. In some cases, to help facilitate a return, we may instruct the client to contact the manufacturer directly to obtain a case number that confirms the item is defective. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for testing and refunds to be processed. Items found to be non-defective will be returned to the client at their expense.

LCD monitors and other products with LCD displays (i.e.: notebooks, cameras, etc.) adheres to the dead-pixel policy that been established by most manufacturers. Any product with an LCD screen must be a minimum of 7 (seven) dead LCD pixels to be considered defective (DOA). Please contact the manufacturer of the product for additional warranty information if you receive a product with less than 7 dead pixels.

Return Privileges for Non-Defective Items

All non-defective returns authorized by shop.lasercorp.com will be assessed a 20%, $40.00 minimum, restocking fee, whichever is greater. Shipping costs are extra and are the responsibility of the client. All non-defective returns must be authorized for return within 15 days from the date of receipt. No refunds will be issued after such 15 day period. The authorization may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department via email to cs@lasercorp.com. The customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which is valid for 10 days. Failure to return a product within the 10 day authorization period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.

Credits to charge cards may take up to 10 business days to be processed after receipt of the returned product. A credit will not begin processing until we have received the returned product.

Non-refundable Charges

All fees, including "shipping and handling", labour, installation services, insurance coverage fees, and "Rapid Replacement" fees are non-refundable.

All Returns Are Subject to Manufacturers' Policies

Return privileges are subject to various manufacturers' policies. Many manufacturers have imposed certain return restrictions. Consequently, shop.lasercorp.com reserves the right to decline specific return requests based on those restrictions.

Final Sale of Certain Products

In addition to manufacturer restrictions, the following products are final sale items and are not returnable to shop.lasercorp.com for refund or exchange for any reason:

No returns, refunds or exchanges for any special order products, custom configured products, LCD/DLP projectors, Electronic Download Software, Opened software, Hard drives, and TVs/Monitors over 27", Notebooks, PDAs, Retail Box Software, OEM Software, memory, Computer Games, Video Games, DVDs, CDs, or any products marked as "no returns" or carries a similar description on the

products' page.

No returns, refunds or exchanges for any Corel, EMC, IBM Software, Hitachi Data Systems, IBM Storage, Overland Storage, Quantum, Sony Storage, Tandberg Data, and Vmware.

Packaging of Returns

All returns, defective or otherwise, must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing material, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer's packaging, contain all blank warranty cards, accessories, and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns, open or used products, or products not in new condition will be assessed additional restocking fees depending on condition and the shop.lasercorp.com ability to remarket the returned product. shop.lasercorp.com will refuse any return of items missing UPC codes.

Returned merchandise must NOT be physically damaged, including damage due to improper installation or overclocking.

This includes any physical alteration to the product, modifications not approved by the manufacturer, bent pins, etc.

Credits on Terms

Any credits issued by shop.lasercorp.com to the customer for any reason must be used within one (1) years from the date the credit was issued and may only be used for future purchases of products or services. Any credit or portion thereof not used within one (1) year period will automatically expire.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is for use only by shop.lasercorp.com staff. This information is kept on a secure server and is used for the limited purpose of processing your order(s). Information may also be used for statistical purposes, to improve our website and services to you, to administer our site, and to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you. Your personal information will not be sold and will not leave shop.lasercorp.com.

Limitation of Liability

shop.lasercorp.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if shop.lasercorp.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All items sold through shop.lasercorp.com are sold "as-is" or "with all faults." The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or shop.lasercorp.com, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.


Title to hardware products and to the media in which software products are embodied passes to the Customer upon shipment by shop.lasercorp.com. The title to software remains with the licensor of the software.


These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted under and governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. Headings used in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience of reference only and are not intended to be part of or to affect the meaning or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.


All dispute, controversy, or claim against shop.lasercorp.com arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, their interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, or any related purchase shall be resolved exclusively and finally by arbitration administered by the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

The arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator and will be limited solely to the dispute or controversy between you and shop.lasercorp.com. The arbitration shall be held in any mutually agreed upon location in person, by telephone, or online. Any decision rendered in such arbitration proceedings will be final and binding on each of the parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in a court of competent jurisdiction.

The arbitrator shall not award either party special, exemplary, consequential, punitive, incidental or indirect damages, or attorney's fees and each party irrevocably waive any such right to recover such damages. The parties will share the costs of the arbitration, (including the arbitrator's fees, if any) in the proportion that the final award bears to the amount of the initial claim.


If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. The Terms and Conditions stated herein are declared to be Severable.


Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between a customer and shop.lasercorp.com shall be brought to the provincial courts located in Montreal, Quebec Canada and the customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Customer and shop.lasercorp.com relating to the sale of products and services on the Site. Customer consents to receiving electronic records, which may be provided via a Web browser or e-mail application connected to the Internet.

Customer may issue a purchase order for administrative purposes only. Additional or different terms and conditions contained in any such purchase order will be null and void. Customer agrees that the Terms contained herein and in our invoice or other documentation will control. No course of prior dealings between the parties and no usage of trade will be relevant to determine the meaning of these Terms or any purchase order or invoice related thereto. This section may not apply if there is a written contract between Customer and shop.lasercorp.com.
