What it fits
The Lexmark 621X fits the MX711, MX810, MX811 and MX812 mono laser multifunction printers, in every configuration Lexmark lists for them. It does not fit the MX710, which takes the 621 or the 621H.
Yield and running cost
Lexmark rates the 621X at 45,000 pages, measured to the ISO/IEC 19752 standard for mono toner. That is seven and a half times the 6,000 pages of the standard Lexmark 621 (62D1000), and at our prices it brings the cost per page down to roughly half. The Lexmark 621H (62D1H00), at 25,000 pages, sits between the two. If you would like us to work out which one suits your print volume, we would be glad to.
About the Return Program
This is a Lexmark Return Program cartridge. It is sold at a lower price on the condition that it is used once and returned only to Lexmark for remanufacturing or recycling, and returning it costs nothing through the Lexmark Cartridge Collection Program. Because the cartridge is licensed for a single use, it stops once it has delivered its rated amount of toner, so some toner will still be inside when the printer asks for a replacement.
